NEW Training Boats!
Both of our locations have 239 Key West Center Consoles. The boats have new electronics, USCG required safety gear and additional gear to keep students safe, relaxed and comfortable. This size and design of boat is the ideal learning and teaching platform for students and Captains.

CBA students should park in the townhome parking lot for “Guests” and walk between the two sets of townhomes (marked 6 & 7 in this diagram) to enter Wells Cove Marina. Once in the marina, go left to A dock. The training boat will be on your right, in slip A35. The dock box has Chesapeake Boating Academy & BoatUS On-Water Training graphics on it. An instructor will meet you on the dock by slip A35.
Annapolis Area Information
Oak Grove Marina- 2820 Solomons Island Rd. Edgewater, MD. 21037
Offering on-the-water training on the South River out of Oak Grove Marina in Edgewater. Students should park in open parking spots and walk towards Pier 5 (the fuel dock). Captains will meet students at the start of the dock and walk to the boat together, which will be located in a lift in slip 100D. Bathrooms can be found at the bottom of the Oak Grove Marine Center.
